Stop trying to invade our privacy.  You want to track flu cases, fine.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW PERSONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE INDIVIDUAL!  What the heck is wrong with you people!  You should know that the US is supposed to be the LAND OF THE FREE!
