there are numerous times when time cannot be entered into evv....when services are first started; new hires; apparently vacations out of area; when there is a need to correct and you can't via evv;  when the sf or sc let services Laps and they get back dated ... Virginia can and should excempt live in providers ... Paper time sheets still need assessed and there are numerous disability avocates trying to get consumer directed services exempt for evv... It is an undo hardship for people trying to stay in the community and not be instutionalized ...

please retain paper time sheet directions for all the numerous things that happen that make evv time entry impossible
