Please approve the change to allow concealed handguns in State Forests

I support the proposed regulation change.  Please expedite the change.  The draft document showed some uncertainty in the impact on the enjoyment of State Forests by families.  I  suggest that the effect will be an overall increase in the enjoyment of State Forests by families.  Those families that have members that desire to carry a concealed handgun for self defense will now be able to legally do so, so their enjoyment will increase.  Those families that choose not to carry concelaed firearms will not see the firearms carried by others, due to their concealed nature, so their enjoyment probably will not change.  There may be some families that would be more concerned knowing that laws no longer prevent the carrying of concealed firearms, but these concerns are on par with the concerns that people would illegally carry firearms, recklessly handle those firearms, etc regardless of prohibitions.  The net effect of the rule change would be an increase in the carrying of concealed firearms by families that respect the rules, so an increase in the prohibited uses of the firearms will likely not occur.
