Regulations for abortion clinics, since they fall under the guise of healthcare, should be rigorous and not reduced. Women of Virginia deserve the same protections in abortion clinics as they do in hospitals. The abortion clinics are not able to self regulate as had been demonstrated in the serious deficiencies found during health inspections, even when they are announced ahead of time.
