Please protect women's health by maintaining high health and safety standards for abortion clinics in Virginia. They are medical clinics, and should have the same standards as those for hospitals and clinics performing medical and surgical procedures. Abortion clinics need more oversight, not less!

Please abide by the laws passed by our elected representatives. Loosening or eliminating regulations facilitate abortions committed by unlicensed/unqualified individuals and  promote unsanitary conditions that would be entirely unacceptable in hospitals and clinics.
