Virginia needs facilities that conduct invasive procedures, such as abortion to be held to the highest standards of health and safety. Allowing abortion providers to practice in facilities that are different than standards expected in hospitals is criminal. there should never be two separate standards. Requirements are either necessary for care or they are not required.
