Pleae retain the existing regulations for abortion facilities in Virginia. As abortion is already deadly to the baby, at the very least, keep the mother safe in a safe, clean surgical environment. The regulations in place at this time are NOT ONORUS! They are the minimum  that should be required for ANY facility performing surgical procedures..
