I ask nothing more than the ability to exercise my right to bear arms to be equally respected across the state - including state forests, where aid from law enforcement or other members of the community would be out of the question during a critical incident. Please, approve the carrying of handguns in state forests, and honor both the Virginia constitution as well as the Constitution of the United States of America.
