I have worked with people since this system was started that have been the victims of unfair SIS scores and level assignments and I agree that additional protections for the individual should be included directly in the regulations to provide the individual and their support team a way to correct errors that have unfairly to these individuals. I have also seen the problems identified in the comment on day as sole residential unit and agree that these victims should also have effective protection in the regulations.
