People should not be punished with less funds just because they exercised their HCBS final rule right to receive their day services from their residential provider and the state should not be in the business of promoting rights abuse I support the prior recommendations on day as sole unit.

People have been mis-evaluated by the SIS, I work with them and have seen it I agree with the concerns posted by the Virginia ability alliance and especially those posted by Fairhaven about the SIS they should not be allowed to get away with this – I also agree with all the concerns from Fairhaven about transparency.
