I share all of the concerns posted by Fair Haven Residential Services for 12 VAC 30 – 122 – 390/530 the day does violate an individual’s right to freely choose their preferred provider without coercion, provide incentives to violate their final rule rights ongoing and is unfair to providers who focus solely on exceptional residential services.

I also share the concerns on 12 VAC 30 – 122 – 200 posted by Chisholm, the Virginia ability alliance, Family Sharing, Hartwood foundation and Fairhaven we have been sold a bill of goods with the SIS that we may not get --------this section requires significant reconsideration and revision. The same is true for the comments on transparency posted by Fairhaven for this section.
