REGULATIONS ARE NECESSARY TO PROTECT WOMEN'S HEALTH AND SAFETY AT ABORTION FACILITIES!

PLEASE INCLUDE THESE COMMON-SENSE REGULATIONS TO PROTECT WOMEN:

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT abortion facilities are designed and constructed in a way to facilitate 911 paramedics access. Example: hallways should be wide enough so stretchers can access rooms in the abortion facility. 

PLEASE REQUIRE ANNUAL inspections of abortion facilities. 

PLEASE PUT BACK the ability of the department to deny, suspend, or revoke the license to operate an abortion facility if they violate "any provision of Article 1 (§ 32.1-123 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1."

PLEASE REQUIRE that abortion facilities confirm that all baby-body-parts have been removed from the woman's body after performing an abortion. 

PLEASE PUT BACK all of the health and safety measures that were removed during the last amendment process. 

PLEASE REQUIRE THAT ALL incidents of malpractice that are reported to a malpractice insurance carrier be also submitted to OLC.
