As a nurse, I have been involved with problem pregnancies.  They are different and need to be addressed to meet the needs of each pregnancy. A 12-year-old girl impregnated by her father needs individualized care.  The medical and health community will need to utilize their skills to meet the needs of these persons.  Please maintain the health and safety standards you always have.
