The propsoed regualtions have somewhat defined the qualifications for licensure, examination and experience.  But where are the standards of practice and conduct for Professional in this field defined?  This proposed regulations needs alot of work, i think this all needs to go back to the drawing board...with all stakeholders...its a redo!
