This new legislation does not support parents

As a new parent, I spend as much time with my child as possible.  But on occasion, I need to run errands or need time to take care of myself.  Child minding at my local yoga studio has been invaluable to my well being.  I can take an hour or two to exercise and my child is next door being looked after by loving people.  This legislation hurts small businesses who offer these services and busy parents like me who rely on these services to do things we need or want to do without breaking the bank.  Licensed daycare and baby sitting is expensive, and child minding services at small businesses fills that gap.  Without child minding services, I would not be able to participate in group exercise classes or run errands.
