It is our goal to provide consistent staff in every classroom,  but the reality is that there are times that this may not be possible. We don't agree with providing the department, with a written policy that will “ensure” consistent care in every class.  While certainly the goal, it's burdensome, to ensure this and, be in compliance, with this standard at all times. We will make every attempt to provide consistent staff whenever possible, but we do not feel that we should be written up for those times that it is not possible. We would like to see this proposed regulation striken.
