While it is the goal to provide consistent staff in every classroom the reality is that there are times that this may not be possible. I do not agree with providing the department with a written policy that will “ensure” consistent care in every class.  While certainly the goal, It’s burdensome to ensure this and, be in compliance, with this standard all the time.
