PT's have the skill and Training necessary to Dry Needle
Physical Therapist's undergo extensive training throughout their schooling and in clinical experiences. PT's utilize their knoweledge of anatomy, biomechanics, neuroanatomy and orthopedic training to facilitate long-term healing in their patients. If this were not sufficient enough, PT's undergo additional training specifically for dry needling to learn its purpose, benefit and proper and safe usage. In allowing PT's to dry needle, you would be allowing various patients to have access to all the tools they may need to heal.
