It is a very simple a clear argument.
Unless a practitioner has put in the education necessary to perform a specific task then they should not be allowed to practice. A weekend class or week long class does not come close to compare to extensive hours in theory, history and practical education that professional acupuncture requires.
There needs to be struck rules and guidelines for needle insertions and PT just don't have the necessary education to be allowed to perform
