Women's health should be paramount to VA.  If a woman receives sub-par treatment at an abortion clinic then the clinic should be fined (see http://thefederalist.com/2016/04/18/legalizing-abortion-hasnt-ended-the-back-alley/ and http://ffov.convio.net/site/R?i=3HEaBU9fGEyjMQHMHpZXmQ ).  

Due to the deep, deep question of whether an unborn baby is a life, women should have the option of seeing this questionable being via an ultra-sound.
