it is shameful that in this day, there are those that promote Bully Totalitarian rule. For the State of Virginia to require a physical, none medical procedure, for political expediency is disgusting. It is authoritarian and totalitarian Bully Politics, at it's worse. Virginia needs to do away with this version of " The Scarlet Letter".....and make freedom from Bully Government, part of the most abused word in the English language....FREEDOM. The ultimate freedom, is to be let alone, especially from  the tyranny of BIG GOVERNMENT.
