Respect Women, Require Safety, Publicize Problems to Encourage Remedy

Board of Health,

Regarding mandatory reporting, review and report and publicize about young patient records to determine if the facility is in compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to reduce human trafficking, catch serial rapists whether they be family members or neighborhood bullies. If it is in the newspaper, then other interested parties will help solve the problems. Keep it under wraps and you are complicit in perpetuating these evil problems in our Commonwealth. Encourage prosecution when clinics cover-up rape by taking them public.Have a publicly stated objective that you seek to be able to state without equivocation, backed up by superior progress in clinic inspections that Virginia has the cleanest and safest clinics in the nation. If you continue to rely on the Family Foundation to make clinic inspection reports both available to your Board and to the public in regular periodic timely fashion, you appear complicit in approving the status quo and cause the public to doubt the credibility of the Board regarding all other facilities inspections. Questions like what is being covered up at the hospitals" Is the Board doing its job" Are Virginia hospitals actually safe and clean. There is carry-over from your negligence in making public the aware of deficiencies. At least post summary reports about each facility on your website so girls and women can decide which clinic is cleaner or safer or whether going to a different state is a better idea. It is your responsibility to protect girls and women by making the clinics clean and safe.Consider a rating system over time to show progress and standing compared to the other clinics. Make them compete to be cleaner and safer. Dont allow known bad characters to own or operate clinics.Require some agreement between each clinic and the two nearest hospitals and require that those agreements be made known in writing to each patient before they depart the facility after her abortion or administration of abortion-inducing drugs.
