MThe proposed architectural changes to women's health clinics are not about women's health, but are about making the cost of altering these facilities so burdensome that they would be unable to operate. These clinics provide needed services, and if they are forced to close the women of Virginia will pay the price. I don't think we want to return to the days of dangerous back room abortions or diminish access to cancer screenings, birth control and counseling. These proposed regulations will not improve women's health; on the contrary, they are deliberately designed to restrict access to women's health services. Please do not implement them. Thank you.
