I urge the Board to strengthen the regulatory oversight of abortion centers in Virginia. A surgical procedure with life-ending consequences upon the fetus and potentially grave consequences on the women receiving the procedure demands a level of oversight equivalent to that of other surgical centers elsewhere in the health care enterprise. Regardless of ones views about the morality of this procedure, there is no question about the medical risks and sensitivities. Please expand common-sense safety oversight and protect women in Virginia. Respectfully, Jonathan Clough
