To whom it may concern:

    I wish I were writing to you urging the banning of abortion, but that's not the issue at hand.  If access to legal abortion must exist in Virginia, please do not relax existing health care standards at abortion clinics.  Pregnant women deserve no less than minimum hospital grade standards.
