Dear Virginia Department of Health: Thank you for caring about the women of Virginia and not the almight dollar.   I urge you to make these regulations permanent for the protection of women and the prevention of heinous incidents like the kind linked to Dr. Gosnell.  Advocates of abortion on demand claim that they want abortion to be safe, legal and rare. If this is true, then no one should be afraid of these well-written regulations that help move us in that direction.
