The incidents that weve learned about are evidence enough that the regulations need to be in place. Blood splattered exam tables and equipment, unsterilized equipment, poorly trained or untrained staff, violations of state parental consent laws, the lack of reporting of possible cases of child sexual abuse, along with over 400 other violations through Department of Health inspections.
