Please protect women and require abortion center to follow normal health regulations. Joan Rivers died because clinics did not follow normal health regulations. The mothers life is very valuable. I expect in America every rule is created for the well being of its citizens. Please look out for the mothers life by requiring any health clinic that is performing operations to follow necessary rules.
