Board of Health,
It is totally unacceptable and negligent that abortion clinics do not meet the same regulations as other medical facilities. The Gosnell incident has shown the glaring problems with lack of regulation and management of abortion clinics. And quite frankly, since abortions are considered health care, why are they not being performed within hospitals along with other health care procedures as an outpatient procedure" Why are abortions being handled so differently than other womens medical care"If abortion clinics have to be located in cities within the lowe income areas, as least make the decisions concerning abortions as if it were your daughter who was having an abortion there. And please make certain that all abortion clinics are carefully inspected and regulated. And that in cases of complications, the abortionist is connected to a local hospital and the patient can be easily transported to said hospital. It is senseless to create more regulations that are not enforced!I am praying that all abortions cease as is my Fathers desire. He placed you in authority, and you will answer to Him one day, so please be wise and very discerning of His instrutions within the Holy Bible. In Christs love, Pat. Pat McClaughry
