Women in Virginia need to be trusted a long with their doctors to make all reproductive health care decisions!  Unnecessary and burdensome regulations DO NOT protect women or their health in any way.  The Health dept. is tasked with checks and balances of ALL clinics in the state and has been and will continue to regulate and provide documentation of shortfalls, infractions and non-compliance...let them continue to do their jobs.  The standard of care in women's clinics in Virginia is among the best in the country.  Politically driven regulations that have nothing to do with women's safety should be stricken, and clinics should continue to provide the quality care that women in Virginia need.
