I encourage the Board of Health to maintain and strengthen the current regulations and ensure that the voices of pro-woman, pro-life Virginians are heard loud and clear! Abortion clinics should be treated the same way any other out patient sugery clinic is treated. They should have the same standards!!! CAROL MEADOWS
