I highly encourage the drafting of strong health, cleanliness, and safety in our abortion clinics. You have a responsibility to protect the lives of all people. I do not believe in abortion at all. It is the systematic killing of human beings, however if we insist on allowing the least we should expect is that it be done with safety standards in place. As for young girls, there is no way an agency should take the place of parental control, unless the child is in danger. No strongly encourage you to take a strong stand for women in ensuring the safety of all medical procedures. Sandra Frazier
