Board of Health,

To the Virginia Board of Health, Virginia must enforce its existing health and safety regulations/standards in abortion clinics in order to ensure the safety of all of Virginias women! It horrifies us to know that abortion clinics are blatantly ignoring Virginia laws and regulations! It is time that the Virginia Board of Health step up to the plate and hold these clinics accountable, just like the Virginia Board of Health would hold any other health related facility accountable for their rebellion and negligence. Virginia must protect our women and children from these negligent clinics and therefore we want to strongly encourage the Virginia Board of Health to enforce its existing health and safety standards and require that they are met. Any effort by these clinics to "skirt the law" is negligent and illegal and the response from the Virginia Board of Health should recognize this and respond to such illegal conduct appropriately (and that certainly does not mean to reduce the standards because that would be condoning such illegal conduct!)
