point is, Photo ID's being given by the Registrar's don't have an expiration date on them, and many government issued ID's and employer issued ID's and student ID's dont have expiration dates on them. So why punish someone who haas an expired driver's license? They are only requiring the photo ID's supposedly to make sure the person is who he or she claims to be, they aren't trying to verify that the person hasn't lost their license or failed to have it renewed.
