I approve the current interpretation of "valid photo id" to include any photo id, whether expired or not, and regardless of the issuer.  No one has demonstrated any real problem with voter fraud, and requiring a current ID provided by specific entities puts an undue burden on many people who have the right to vote, and could prevent them from exercising that right.
