Please allow elderly people to use expired driver's licenses and passports for I.D. purposes in Virginia elections.  Many of these people are unable to drive to a Registrar of Voters office to get the free photo I.D.  Even if expired, a driver's license or U.S. passport are government issued documents providing the required identification.
