There is no reason to limit a photo ID to those that are unexpired. Most photo IDs have no expiration date. There is no reason that most should be valid ad infinitum and only certain types should be restricted because of expiration dates. The expiration date only applies to the right to drive, in the case of drivers licenses and not to its use as a photo ID. Stop making it harder for people to vote and stop making my job as an election officer harder as well.
