Of course, abortion clinics need to be regulated but they are not hospitals and don't need to meet all the same requirements that hospitals do to opperate safely for their patients. If clinics are closed because of legislators opposition to abortion, women will not be given their full rights to legal health procedures that they are due under the law. This over regulation for the purpose of eliminating abortion is another example of the war on women. We almost had the horror of a vaginal ultra-sound requirement. Let's put a stop to legislating women's health choices in the Commonwealth. We are better than this.
