We live in a democracy, which by definition believes in the power of the vote by every qualified citizen in that democracy.  Invalid voting is NOT (and never has been) a problem in Virginia, but adding conditions to voting qualification will become a BIG problem for the future of our democracy.  I encourage our government to put its efforts toward solving real problems in Virginia--roads, schools, the environment.  I am against changing the ID regulations for voting.  I am against requiring a 'current' photo ID from people who come to the polls to play an active role in our democracy.
