These regulations were enacted to limit the care available to women in the Commonwealth. As a daughter, wife, sister, and mother I believe that we need these facilities. Access to healthcare for women is limited enough already. They are not hospitals, nor do they claim to be. My dermatologist does surgery all the time, without these same restrictions, in his office. These regulations were an attempt to control women through access to care, and advance an agenda that has nothing to do with health and well-being. Virginia's women deserve options.
