In Keeping w/ Any Other Dealing w/ State Gov, Pictures Must Be Required for Voter Identification

As so many other dealings in life require a photo identification, it is absolutely vital that a person that is registered to vote can prove that they are who they say they are.  Otherwise, how do you stop anyone from simply copying a registration card, bill/statement of utilities, and even college ID's, that the state does not control.  This invites voter fraud into the system and cheats out the voters who have followed the legal process to vote not to mention the aboslute vitalness of free and fair elections that is a vital foundation in a republic.

To change it to say that a government issued photo identification is not required anymore will only invite voter fraud.
