It is my understanding that the new law passed in VA that says you must provide photo ID to vote is understood to mean photo ID that is current and provides information that it is your legal name and address.  The PHOTO ID must be the same required by airlines or any agency that would require proper ID.  It cannot mean an old photo ID....what would that prove.  The ID must prove that you are who you are, name, address and photo included.
