I am appalled by the proposal to allow anyone with any form of photo ID whatsoever, whether it be expired or not, issued by just about anyone, anywhere to vote in Virginia elections. Apparently it would no longer be a requirement to even show evidence of a Virginia address. This means that people could vote in two or more States, while possibly being resident in neither.
In my view to allow this would be a grave dereliction of duty to the genuine voters of Virginia who could quite easily be disenfranchised by this lax proposal. If just any form of ID is to be deemed valid it will facilitate fraud, disenfranchise the real voters by negating their votes and lead to even more disenchantment with the electoral system in Virginia. Do not adopt this flawed concept of voter ID.
