I simply have a hard time understanding why this is even an issue at all. Valid ID is required almost everywhere in our American Society, yet we are supposed to forget that and weaken the integrity of our most fundamental right. A valid ID will ensure the voter is who they say they are and more importantly that they LIVE in the district that they are voting for. If I still had my expired ID's, I could vote in 3 different places this November! As long as Virginia puts into place a free voter ID generation provision for those who still don't have an ID in the 21st century I fully expect a VALID ID to be presented at the polls. It's the least we can do to, while the American Military makes sacrifices in order to allow us to vote with integrity.
