There is nothing gained by not allowing expired driver's lices with a picture on it to identfy a voter.  This is only another attempt to DIS-ENFRANCHISE Voters who probably will not vote for Repubnlican candidates.  I have been an Election Official in Loudoun County for the past 10 years and know of no voter fraud using the previous requirements so if it "ain't broke" don't fix it!
