Changing the law so that expired driver's licenses or passports are excluded as proof of voter id doesn't make any sense.    Driver's licenses and passports cannot be obtained without more than one proof of id.  Also, the new Voter ID card has no expiration date.  This would be just a complete waste of time and taxpayers' money.
