Voter registration and the act of voting should be made easier for people, not more difficult.  We have virtually no voter fraud.  This is a non-existent problem.  

The problem we do have is that so many people who are qualified to vote don't.  The state should be doing everything it can to encourage people to vote and to make it easier for them to vote rather than to make it harder.
