A state issued driver's license, whether it is expired or not, still accurately confirms an individual's identity. I urge you to continue to include an expired Virginia driver's license as an acceptable form of ID for voting. To change the regulation would be a further infringement on voters. There is no evidence of voter fraud using expired driver's licenses. I do not support the chage propsed.
