I disagree with the proposed changes to the definition of "valid."  The proposed language waters down the meat of the law, which is to prevent voter fraud.  Photo ID with the name of the voter should be required, and there are now six categories of acceptable ID in Viriginia.  On voting day, election officials should not have to make judgements on what forms of ID are expired and which ones are not expired.
