There certainly needs to be a way to identify qualified voters via a valid identification. The valid identification should include a photo identification as well as relevant information identifying the individual voter who arrives to vote. The vaiid identification should be such the information can be verified via the Election Board data base of qualified voters. In an ideal world, the Election Board would issue the vaild identification to each qualified voter. Should they not be in a position to issue that valid identification for the November 2014 election cycle, then other valid identification should be acceptable as validation such as drivers license, military identification cards, etcetera with expiration dates. I would agree that individuals who do not drive should should have some other form of federal, county or state identification suitable for valid identification.
